Rustic Artisan Bread with Dallas Olive Oil

(A heartwarming loaf made for dipping, drizzling, and savoring.)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup Dallas Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Extra flour for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and Dallas Olive Oil.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Shape the dough into a rustic loaf, dust with flour, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let it cool, then slice and serve with Dallas Olive Oil for dipping.
